Avenida Vieira Souto, along the shore of Ipanema beach, taken by a large crowd of young people partying during carnival time. All under a traffic sign indicating the direction to some of the most important touristic spots in the city (Corcovado, Maracanã and Sugar Loaf).
Shirtless men and tight, short outfits for the ladies compose the summer scene in one of the most famous beaches of Rio.
Carnival is really a popular party and attracts millions of cariocas along thousands of tourists to the streets around the city. The city stops, as you can see, due to streets that are completely blocked by the people.
When I say millions, I am not exaggerating…
