Visible pollution does not seem to be a deterrent for fishing. Water is contaminated and constantly in a non batheable condition but still, it seems that some people tend to ignore the facts and run the risk of food poisoning.

By the way, the lack of guard rails means one thing: pedestrian traffic is not really welcome in this bridge.
